Each one brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our organization. 

Al Rivera, CEO of ERH Contracting since 2001. 32 years experience as a General Contractor in the NYC area. The visionary and the logistics professional of the TEAM.

My experience and passion for Architecture equipped me with the skills of collecting and analyzing data, managing projects, and having the consistent act of delivering projects on time no matter the degree of challenges

David has been part of the growth of ERH Contracting since 2008. He is a recognized authority on entrepreneurship and leadership development, empowering individuals, teams and organizations to surpass their expectations and become the leaders in their niche. David also hosts the podcast, Smashing the Plateau, offering a wealth of personal experiences and practical advice about achieving business breakthroughs.

Kristen brings over 12 years of administrative experience in managing client-centric office operations. She is equipped with the exceptional ability to facilitate all aspects of internal and external communications, support the day-to-day administrative duties, and the operational functions of any office

Christa has been a part of the ERH Contracting Team for 7 years. She supports Kristen and Al with various day-to-day administrative duties. She also oversees and organizes the database to ensure ease of access to needed information.
